In My Hero Academia, heroes function through compliance with the Hero Public Safety Commission. They are only allowed to function as heroes after attaining a provisional hero license, at the very least. Several characters from Marvel’s Cinematic Universe would easily qualify for a National Hero License, like Ant-Man. His physics-bending abilities could have allowed him to be one of the greatest fighters in the franchise. His amazing feats, like entering the Quantum Realm, would easily qualify him for a Hero License.
Most of the Avengers would almost immediately qualify for Hero Licenses. Nearly every member of the original Avengers could take on the anime’s most prevalent threats, like Thor. The literal Norse deity might’ve killed Thanos in Infinity War if he had gone for the head. My Hero Academia would quickly grant Hero licenses to many of the most prominent MCU characters. Most might even be overpowered because of their multiple «quirks».

Although most of Black Panther’s feats revolve around larger conflicts, they defeat competent fighters like Killmonger. Black Panther’s increased abilities would make him one of the best generalist heroes in the anime. Black Panther, especially Suri, also has the added benefit of their advanced Wakandan technology.

He has even entered the Quantum Realm to save her from danger. This feat alone should grant him access to a Pro Hero License.
Ant-Man might not generate Pym particles naturally, but he understands how to use them better than anyone. His body has acclimated to the strain the particles cause him. Scott adjusting to the Pym Particles mirrors Deku’s body, slowly growing accustomed to the use of One for All. Each hero takes an adjustment period to master their new powers, but they become relatively unstoppable afterward.

Jennifer Walters is a prominent lawyer within the MCU who, just so, is a cousin of Bruce Banner. When she suffers traumatic blood loss, one of her nearest blood matches is the Incredible Hulk. The doctors choose to infect Jennifer with gamma-irradiated blood so she can survive her injuries, and she becomes She-Hulk.
As She-Hulk, Jennifer Walters would automatically be one of the strongest characters in My Hero Academia. Her battle of strength with Hulk proves she has incredible power and maintains pinpoint precision. She could likely tackle even the most physically gifted My Hero Academia villains, like the disgusting Nomu. Jen’s ability to preserve her composure could even enable her to defeat higher-end Nomu, like Hood.
7 Spider-Man Could Fit In As One of Deku's Schoolmates

Spider-Man is one of the most important heroes in Marvel’s new cinematic phase. He is undoubtedly a fan favorite and one of the last remaining heroes to have fought Thanos. Aside from having the general abilities of a spider, aside from natural web-production, Peter Parker is one of the strongest characters in the MCU. He effortlessly catches a punch that the Winter Soldier meant to incapacitate him.
Peter’s personality and powers would let him fit in among Deku’s classmates. This potential interaction has not been lost on fans, as many have compared Peter’s personality to Deku’s. Spider-Man’s web shooters would also likely qualify as equipment, allowing him to achieve his full potential within the anime. He has the potential to take on enemies like Muscular, but he would have to stop holding back like Deku did during one of his most aggressive fights in the series.

The show WandaVision also proves that Vision is effectively immortal so long as his data remains intact. He might not have a counter for some higher-level quirks, but his telepathy would allow him to understand the threat ahead of time. His intangible means threats like Overheal are heavily diminished.

Steve Rogers might not be the most powerful hero inherently, but no one can compete with his strength of will.
Captain America would happily lay his life down for the sake of others, no matter what universe he finds himself in. His advanced «quirks» would likely give him an edge in his hero exams. He uses a shield in battle, but he would be far from the only hero to use equipment. His legacy is also passed down to others, like with All Might. Sam Wilson’s abilities might differ from Steve Rogers, but he has the same strength of spirit.
4 Captain Marvel Is Only Defeated By Thanos Using the Power Stone

The fact that the Mad Titan was forced to use an infinity gem on the hero should be a clear indicator of her power.
While it remains unclear if Carol Danvers’ version of Captain Marvel will continue to appear in the franchise, she is undoubtedly influential. She would have defeated Thanos without the Infinity Gems and could take out threats like Gigantomachia without a second thought. Many fans weren’t particularly fond of her arrogance, but it was true to the source material and backed by feats.

Hulk isn’t the only character to prove that having more brains is important. The most skilled Nomu’s from the later series sacrifice some of their strength for versatility.
The MCU notably limits one of their strongest heavy hitters, but that doesn’t prevent him from stealing the spotlight. Like All-Might, the showrunners are forced to significantly weaken the character to fit into their story. The MCU is consistently criticized for refusing to show the Hulk at his full power. Hopefully, this will be rectified in future adaptations like Avengers: Doomsday.

He is incredibly powerful and would likely rank among the most prominent MHA Heroes.
All Might is notably strong, but he wouldn’t beat Thor in a test of strength. Thor countered the Hulk, and his MCU counterpart carries this ability. Very few opponents could be a credible threat to Thor in My Hero Academia. He would easily become ranked the Top Pro Hero in the franchise.

At the end of the series, Deku finally proves that you can be a great hero without a quirk. All Might does the same thing after losing his powers. Both heroes end up using a suit of armor, just like the Iron Avenger. Tony Stark could easily create a suit comparable to the heroic titans, just like he does with Hulk in the MCU.
Iron Man makes the ultimate sacrifice, allowing his legacy to continue throughout the MCU. His character grows and changes throughout the entire Infinity Saga, but he proves he is a true hero back in The Avengers. Tony Stark is one of the few heroes in the MCU to have sacrificed his life more than once. He would easily become one of the greatest heroes within My Hero Academia.
