It seems as though Bege cannot use Haki, but he is a formidable marksman who has eaten the Castle-Castle Fruit, one of One Piece‘s best defensive Devil Fruits.
Thanks to this Paramecia-type Devil Fruit, Bege’s body is essentially a miniature fortress. He can store his entire crew inside his body, as well as guns and cannons, and if he wants, he can transform into a gigantic fortress-like golem. Despite once being a Warlord, Moria does not possess Haki, but he did eat the Shadow-Shadow Fruit, which gives him the ability to manifest and control shadows. He can use his own shadow to fight on his behalf and it appears as though it cannot be destroyed in battle.
Moria can steal other people’s shadows by cutting them off the owner’s body. He can use the stolen shadows to empower himself, but he can also choose to make obedient zombies by placing the shadows inside corpses. During the Summit War, Moria was knocked out by a single attack from Jinbe, which proves he is not strong enough to fight Yonko Commanders or Yonko-level fighters like Saint Saturn. Since he cannot protect his body with Armament Haki, Saint Saturn should be able to impale Moria with his spider-like legs. Saturn can do this in both his Beast and Hybrid forms, and he can immobilize both Moria and his shadow with telekinesis.

Sanjuan possesses incredible physical strength and durability because of his size, and although he has not used any form of Haki yet, there is a high chance he can use Armament Haki. Someone like Saint Saturn would look at Sanjuan and see nothing more than a huge target. If Saturn uses his Beast Form, he can latch onto Sanjuan’s body and climb all over him, stabbing him with each step. Sanjuan can withstand normal stab wounds, but the poison secreted by Saturn’s legs would take him down.

Koby holds the rank of Captain, but he might as well be considered a Vice Admiral since he is now stronger than many of the current Vice Admirals.
Koby does not have a Devil Fruit, but he can use Observation Haki and advanced Armament Haki. He can emit Armament Haki from his fists, and his attacks are powerful enough to destroy an island-sized arm produced by a Yonko Commander. Such an attack would deal serious damage to Saint Saturn’s body, but the Elder’s injuries would quickly heal. Saturn can force Koby to the ground with supernatural telekinesis, but based on his strong spirit, Koby will only be immobilized for a few seconds, That said, Saturn should have enough time to impale Koby at least once.

Perospero can use the solid candy to create melee weapons and arrows, and he can produce walls and armor that are durable enough to withstand cannon fire and large explosions. He can use liquid candy to restrain or asphyxiate his targets. Even if he imbued them with Haki, Perospero’s candy weapons would not do any permanent damage to the Elder. Saint Saturn’s legs can tear through material which is harder than steel, so Perospero’s candy armor would not save him. Even if it could block Saturn’s initial leg strike, the corrosive poison would melt through the armor.

All these factors make Hancock one of One Piece‘s strongest female characters.
Saint Saturn should be immune to the Love-Love Fruit’s primary petrification ability, and if any part of his body gets turned to stone during battle, his regeneration or Conqueror’s Haki should be able to reverse it. The Love-Love Fruit has no defensive upside, which means it would not offer Hancock any protection against Saturn’s telekinesis. If Saturn can pull Hancock towards him, he can impale her with his legs. Her Devil Fruit would not be able to stop Saturn’s explosive venom orbs either.

Thanks to the Elephant-Elephant Fruit, Ancient Zoan Model: Mammoth, he can transform into a full mammoth or mammoth hybrid.
Jack’s Beast Form is extremely durable, to the point he could fend off multiple Minks, who were using their Sulong forms, at the same time. He used this form to destroy most of the Mokomo Dukedom when the Beast Pirates attacked Zou. Jack would attempt to gore Saint Saturn or smash him with his mammoth trunk, but the attacks would be futile. Jack’s mammoth body might be durable, but the legs of Saturn’s Hybrid Form can rip the fish-man apart. Saturn’s spider-like Beast form would do the same thing.

His Observation Haki is also quite advanced, as he was able to track Luffy’s high-speed Gear 2 movements with ease.
Saint Saturn may have awakened his Devil Fruit, but Mihawk can cut through his body like butter. Unfortunately, even Mihawk’s attacks would seemingly fail to cause Saturn permanent damage. Saturn’s best course of action would be to use telekinesis while in his Beast Form to freeze Mihawk and then bombard him venomous orbs that will explode on contact. Even if the paralysis lasts a few seconds, Mihawk’s injuries will be so severe that he won’t be able to move properly. This would essentially make him a sitting duck.

Garp can use all three types of Haki, and he is one of the few people in the world who can use advanced Armament and Conqueror’s Haki.
Garp can flatten a city with a single Haki infused punch, which means he can probably destroy a good portion of Saint Saturn’s body if he lands a direct hit. One would assume advanced Conqueror’s Haki could counter Saturn’s regeneration, but Luffy’s attacks were ineffective, so Saturn should heal from Garp’s attack. As strong as Garp is, he can still be stabbed by a sword, which means Saturn’s sharp legs can critically injure him.
