99 Nights in the Forest Alien’s Revenge Guide – How to Complete the Mothership Event

The Alien’s Revenge update introduces one of the biggest events in 99 Nights in the Forest, bringing back the alien invasion with new locations, enemies, weapons, and rewards. This time, you’ll need to repair a crashed Command Ship before boarding the alien Mothership and fighting your way through multiple rooms filled with dangerous enemies. If you’re looking to finish the event, unlock the Alien Scientist class, and earn every event badge, this guide walks you through each step from start to finish.

How to Start the Alien’s Revenge Event

The Alien’s Revenge event automatically begins on Night 3. A cutscene will play showing several UFOs crashing near the campfire. Once the scene ends, your objective is to repair the damaged Command Ship by collecting five Alien Batteries scattered around the map.

Alien Batteries are green cylindrical items that can be found in several different ways. If you own a map, Alien Outposts will appear as marked locations, making it much easier to plan your farming route.

How to Repair the Command Ship

To repair the Command Ship, collect five Alien Batteries and place them inside the open compartment on the ship near the campfire. There are four different ways to obtain Alien Batteries.

Search Alien Sites

Alien Sites are the safest locations because they aren’t protected by enemies. Simply walk up to the structure, collect the Alien Battery, and open the nearby Alien Chest before moving on.

Clear Alien Outposts

Alien Outposts are much more dangerous. Each outpost contains several alien enemies guarding a tall tower. Defeat every alien first, then climb to the top of the tower to collect the Alien Battery and loot the Alien Chest.

Fish at Alien Ponds

Alien Ponds are easy to recognize thanks to their glowing green water. Fishing here gives you a chance to catch Alien Batteries, making this a useful option if you’re already gathering food or other fishing rewards.

Complete Alien Drops

Alien Drops appear as blue launch pads across the map. To activate one, defeat alien enemies nearby and bring three alien corpses to the platform. Once all three bodies have been delivered, the platform activates and rewards you with:

  • One Alien Battery
  • One Alien Chest

After collecting all five batteries, return to the Command Ship. Place every battery into the open hood, and once the final one has been inserted, the ship will power on and begin floating above the ground. Walk into the green beam beneath the ship to board the alien Mothership.

How to Complete the Mothership Raid

After entering the Command Ship, you’ll encounter several different alien enemies. The most common enemies include:

  • Alien Engineers (green melee enemies)
  • Alien Troopers (purple ranged enemies)

While defeating them, pay special attention to two important enemy types:

  • Alien Commander (orange ranged enemy)
  • Alien Scout (small blue melee enemy)

These enemies are required for progression because their corpses act as keys. Throughout the ship, you’ll encounter locked doors equipped with face scanners. Carry the correct corpse to each scanner to unlock the next section of the Mothership. Continue clearing enemies and unlocking doors until you’ve completed all three side rooms.

Defeat the Final Alien Wave

After opening every required room, you’ll reach the final chamber of the Mothership. Several more alien enemies will appear during the last battle. Defeat the entire wave to unlock the large reward chest in the middle of the room. The chest can contain several valuable rewards, including:

  • Alien Shotgun
  • Dissolve Ray
  • Alien-tech Blueprints
  • Other high-tier crafting materials

Once you’ve collected your rewards, walk through the nearby green Teleport to Earth door to complete the Alien’s Revenge event and safely return to the forest.

Alien’s Revenge Event Rewards

Completing the event gives you access to some of the strongest alien equipment currently available. Possible rewards include:

  • Alien Shotgun
  • Dissolve Ray
  • Alien-tech crafting blueprints
  • High-tier alien materials

Besides equipment, the update also introduces a brand-new playable class and several exclusive event badges.

How to Unlock the Alien Scientist Class

The Alien Scientist is a new class that becomes available in the Class Shop for 600 Diamonds. It starts with several powerful alien weapons, including:

  • Alien Shotgun
  • Dissolve Ray
  • Raygun

The class also features a unique perk tree focused on converting weakened enemies into Essence.

Level 1 Perks

  • Enemies below 10% HP dissolve into Essence when defeated.
  • Essence increases Alien Energy regeneration.
  • Gain +4 Sack Space.

Level 2 Perks

  • Dissolve threshold increases to 15% HP.
  • Dissolved enemies have a chance to drop Meat? Sandwiches.

Level 3 Perks

  • Collecting Essence increases sprint speed.

The Alien Scientist is an excellent choice for players who regularly farm alien content thanks to its powerful starting weapons and useful passive abilities.

How to Unlock Every Alien’s Revenge Badge

The Alien’s Revenge event includes three exclusive badges.

1. Engineering

Unlock this badge by repairing the Command Ship after collecting all five Alien Batteries.

2. Mutiny

Earn this badge by completing the Mothership raid and defeating the final alien encounter.

3. Xenotech

To receive this badge, enter every side room inside the Command Ship during a single raid. Players who unlock all three badges will receive additional Diamonds along with the exclusive Alien Wolf Skin, which is only available during this limited-time event.

Tips for Completing the Event Faster

The Alien’s Revenge event can be completed much more efficiently if you’re prepared before Night 3 begins.

  • Bring strong weapons before boarding the Mothership.
  • Use a map so Alien Outposts are easier to locate.
  • Prioritize Alien Sites first since they provide free batteries without combat.
  • Don’t forget to collect Alien Commander and Alien Scout corpses, as they’re required to unlock progression doors.
  • Explore every side room during your first raid to avoid repeating the event for the Xenotech badge.

Alien’s Revenge is one of the most rewarding events in 99 Nights in the Forest, offering players new weapons, an exclusive class, powerful blueprints, and limited-time cosmetics. Although repairing the Command Ship and clearing the Mothership takes some preparation, the rewards are well worth the effort.

If you’re aiming to collect everything from the update, make sure to finish all three event badges before the event ends. Doing so not only grants extra Diamonds but also unlocks the exclusive Alien Wolf Skin, making it a worthwhile challenge for both collectors and experienced players.
