AC Black Flag Resynced Anto Templar Hunt walkthrough
Anto, the third of the four Templar Hunt targets, is located in the region of Navassa on the island of Kingston. He is first found standing inside of the Assassin’s Bureau there, where you can talk to him to kick off his Templar Hunt quest.

1. The Maroon Assassin
To solicit Anto’s help with acquiring your fourth Templar Key, you first need to help him free his friends. As a result, you’re tasked with heading to the Tavern in Kingston and mingling with some of the men there, in hope of finding hints on the location of Anto’s friends.
Enter the Tavern and read the Notice of Dismissal on the desk inside (pictured below), which then prompts you to investigate the area near the church.

At the church, you’ll overhear some guards who then run off into the night. You’ll now need to go about catching one of them; two of them will go right through the buildings, while one heads left on his own. I chose to tail the latter until I caught up with him.

A conversation between you and the guard ensues, and that marks this side quest completed. Open your map and return to Anto to inform him of what you’ve found.

2. Recruiting Maroons
Now that we know where Anto’s friends are located, the assassin will solicit your help with freeing them. In exchange, he’ll help you track down the third Templar Key. Follow Anto next.
Once you reach the area where Anto’s friends are located, hire the drunkards on your right – using 150 Reules – to help you.

You’ll now have three green objective markers on your map, and your goal is to visit each of them and free the prisoners there. To do this however, you’ll need to take down any soldiers standing in your way; this is where the drunkards we hired will come to our aid.

Once the prisoners have been freed, you’ll be tasked with assassinating the local guard officer. Head on over there and once inside the ‘Explore’ area, use your Eagle Vision to look for any green objective markers. With some luck, you’ll spy the officer and his guards right away. Now, you need to assassinate the officer with the green marker above his head.

You can go in all guns blazing to deal with the men, but in my experience, I hopped into a nearby pile of hay and assassinated them one by one (including the officer).
Once the officer is dead, it’s time to return to Anto who’s near the cemetery, towards the south of the area.

The following conversation marks the end of this part of the side quest. Go and speak with Anto again in the area’s Assassin Bureau to continue tracking down the Templar Key.

3. Under Attack
As you talk with Anto, the Bureau will come under attack. Help him defend the area by fighting with the incoming soldiers.

Once the first round of soldiers have been dealt with, prepare for more. There’s healing items and ammunition within the Bureau to stock up on while you wait for reinforcements if needed. Towards the end of the wave of enemies, there was one enemy left lingering on the roof to take out last in my experience.
When you’ve finished defending the Bureau, go and meet Anto again at the marketplace shown on the below map.

4. The Commander’s Ruse
To recover the Templar Key, you’re now going to need to assassinate Kenneth Abraham. To begin with that, tail the officers in the marketplace shown below.

After listening to the officers, you’ll learn that they’re having a party. Follow Anto over to the festivities, and you’ll find yourself in a restricted area where the party is being held. Listen to the officers by the entrance to the area to learn that Kenneth is near the buffet.
Sneak over to the north next, where the buffet is. Use your Eagle Vision to look for a green objective marker (like the one shown in the below image) if you get lost.

This area is heavily guarded so as per usual, I spent some time sitting in a bush and whistling at guards to lure them over so I could quietly assassinate them. I did this until most of the area had been cleared, alternating between various bushes, until I reached Kenneth. I then pulled the same trick on him, luring him into a nearby bush and assassinating him as he approached.

Once Kenneth is dead, the fourth Templar Key is all yours. Return to the area’s Assassin Bureau and inform Anto of any recent developments.
Now, there’s just one more Templar Key to go about collecting. For that, we’ll need to pay a visit to someone known as Opia Apito.
