Sea Shanties in Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced are a musical collectible, also known as Song Sheets, that allow your Boarding Crew to sing different shanties while sailing your ship (and out of combat). While these collectibles don’t have any value other than simply being songs, they’re worth grabbing if you wish to liven up your time spent sea-faring with some jovial shanties.

It’s worth noting that when you go to one of the above locations to collect a new Sea Shanty, you can’t just run over to it and pick it up. Instead, the Song Sheet will travel across the skies and you’ll need to chase it over to its final location. Only then is that particular shanty added to your catalogue!
How to use Sea Shanties in AC Black Flag Resynced
Whenever you’re travelling at sea and are out of combat, your Crew aboard the Jackdaw will begin to sing whatever Sea Shanties they have available to them. As you find and collect more Sea Shanties, their repertoire expands and you’ll have more choices as to what they do and don’t sing.
When your Crew are singing a song you’d rather skip, all you need to do is press right on the D-Pad to skip to the next Sea Shanty. If you find a song you particularly like, you can then press down on the D-Pad to open up your favourites menu and add it to your favourites, allowing you to easily access it again in future. Simple as that, and great for raising morale between naval combat excursions…
