HBO has released the new And Just Like That… Season 3 trailer, previewing the highly anticipated return and setting the Max release date of the Sex in the City sequel series.

And Just Like That… Season 3 will premiere on Thursday, May 29, at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT. The 12-episode season will debut new episodes weekly on Thursdays, concluding with the season finale on August 14. The series follows the women of Sex and the City as they continue to navigate life and friendship following the original series.

The Sex and the City spin-off is led by Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, and Kristin Davis, as they reprise their respective roles as Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte. Joining them are Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Karen Pittman, Mario Cantone, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler, Christopher Jackson, Niall Cunningham, Cathy Ang, Alexa Swinton, and more.
Mechad Brooks, Jonathan Cake, and Logan Marshall-Green will also appear in the series in recurring roles. Sebastiano Pigazzi and Dolly Wells will also return to the series, this time as series regulars.
New to the cast of Season 3 is Rosie O’Donnell, who confirmed that she had joined the cast last year. Cheri Oteri also announced that she had joined the cast of the upcoming series, although it’s unclear who they will play. Patti LuPone is also said to be appearing in the third season in an undisclosed role.
And Just Like That is written, directed, and executive produced by Michael Patrick King. It is also executive produced by Parker, Davis, Nixon, Julie Rottenberg, Elisa Zuritsky, and John Melfi.
“The new chapter of the groundbreaking HBO series follows Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte as they navigate the journey from the complicated reality of life and friendship in their 30s to the even more complicated reality of life and friendship in their 50s,” reads the logline.
