I’ve never cared for loot in games quite as much as I find myself caring in ARC Raiders. For the first time in my gaming career, I get the extraction shooter hype, and I’m all in.

One amazingly potent strategy for finding high-level, valuable, rare loot in ARC Raiders is by finding keys, then scavenging the locked rooms they open up. Of course, like absolutely everything in ARC Raiders, this isn’t a simple process.

If you’ve found the Buried City Hospital Key and can’t figure out where it goes, or already found the room but can’t track down the key to open it, I’ve got some useful information for you either way.

How To Find The Buried City Hospital Key

Telling someone where to find items in ARC Raiders is an impossible task since RNG plays a role in where loot spawns on a round-to-round basis. As such, no two maps are really alike.

But what I can share with you is where I was able to locate the Buried City Hospital Key. I found mine at the Ruby Residence apartments, located in the northwest corner of Dam Battlegrounds.

You’ll know you’re in the right place, because you’ll see three ruby red apartment buildings standing in a cluster. Search every room on every floor of every building, and hopefully you have the luck to find a key or two lying around.

Of course, the Buried City Hospital Key can absolutely be found elsewhere too, but Ruby Residence worked for me, and the rest of the internet seems to have had luck here as well.

Where To Use The Buried City Hospital Key

As you’d imagine, the Buried City Hospital Key is used inside the hospital on the Buried City map. Go figure. Pop open your map, and you’ll notice the hospital is a red-outlined rectangle in the northern part of the Buried City.

While typically, red-outlined areas are extremely hostile, the hospital isn’t ever too bad at all. As you approach, you’ll notice the hulking structure you’re searching for.

Head inside on the ground floor, right next to the entrance to the Northern Metro Station. Take note of this spot, as this will be your best bet for extraction once you gather all your loot.

Head through the doorway which reads «OSPEDALE» at the top.

To your left are some stairs. Take them up to the third floor.

Once on the third floor, turn left, and head all the way down this long hallway.

At the end of the hall, take a left and enter a room full of red lockers and some hanging clothes. Cross the room and exit the door at the end.

Take an immediate right, and you’ll be greeted by the locked door that your key will open. Interact with the door to open it up, and head inside.

There are about ten or so different search points in here, so get to scavenging. Once you’re done, consider heading back to the ground floor and extracting from the Northern Metro Station immediately to get your loot back home safely.

Buried City Hospital Key Rewards

Of course, the loot you’ll find in the locked hospital room will be random, but you’ll certainly find several items that have made all of this effort more than worth it.
