HGTV brings 12 Bachelor Nation alumni together for a renovation competition at the franchise’s iconic mansion, hosted by Jesse Palmer, with a $100,000 prize.
The Bachelor franchise ventures into new territory in 2026 as HGTV transforms the series’ legendary Agoura Hills, California, property through a competitive renovation series. Bachelor Mansion Takeover debuts March 2 at 8|7c, featuring 12 former contestants from across the Bachelor universe who will trade romance for renovation.
Hosted by Jesse Palmer (via HGTV), the six-episode competition challenges participants to completely reimagine familiar mansion spaces, including the bunk rooms, rose room, pool area, mixer room, terrace, and kitchen. Each week brings elimination rounds until one winner claims the $100,000 grand prize.
Tyler Cameron and Tayshia Adams serve as permanent judges throughout the season. Cameron operates Image One Construction in Jupiter, Florida, and recently joined SERHANT as a real estate agent. Adams brings her refined design sensibility, previously showcased in her New York City apartment transformation. Rotating guest judges include Nate Berkus, Rachel Bilson, JoJo Fletcher, Christina Haack, Sean Lowe, and Hannah Brown.
According to Howard Lee, Chief Creative Officer at Warner Bros (via PEOPLE). Discovery specifically chose HGTV to handle the mansion’s makeover. The series streams on Discovery+ and HBO Max starting March 3, 2026.
