Best Blood Hunt Moon Knight build in Marvel Rivals

Ankh you very much.

The Blood Hunt gameplay mode has a limited selection of heroes you can play as, but the abilities of each character are expanded upon, giving you plenty of options to choose from in Marvel Rivals. One of the best heroes you can suit up as is Moon Knight, as long as you outfit him with the best build.

There’s no hero building outside of PvE modes, and this one looks quite different from others we’ve seen, so figuring out how to make Moon Knight as effective in combat as possible can be tricky. Careful strategy and planning are crucial if you want to make it through those harder levels, so here’s the best Blood Hunt Moon Knight build in Marvel Rivals.

Marvel Rivals best Moon Knight Blood Hunt build

The best Moon Knight build for the Blood Hunt mode is one that’s focused around his Ankhs, which is the Phases of the Moon path in his skill tree. The other path, Fist of the Moon God, is melee-oriented and highly fun and effective at lower levels, but to make it far in this mode, you’ll want to focus on a ranged Ankh build instead.

If you really prefer the melee build, I recommend going all in on the Ankh build first until you get Legendary gear for the melee one, then resetting all your assigned traits and stats to swap over. The melee build requires you to be in close proximity to foes you fight, which is super deadly when it comes to bosses like Dracula or Kingpin. Because of this, the melee build isn’t viable long term until you have the best of the best gear to back it up, while the Ankh build always excels.

Tips and tricks for playing Moon Knight in Blood Hunt in Marvel Rivals

  • Throw your Ankhs directly at bosses. With an Ankh-focused build, you can attach your Ankhs to the many bosses you’ll encounter in this mode. This is a great way to quickly drain their health.
  • Stay out of large crowds. Moon Knight excels when he’s dealing damage from a safe distance away. Anytime you find a crowd of enemies swarming you, be sure to get out of there as quickly as possible. If you don’t, you may find his health dropping swiftly.
  • Jump and glide away as needed. He’s got one of the best escaping maneuvers, so be sure to use his jumping and gliding abilities as often as you can when they’re not on cooldown. They’re great for getting yourself out of enemy swarms or finding a new vantage point to attack from.
