California Speechless After ‘Disturbing’ New Fire Pit Evidence Turns Tom Sandoval’s Restraining Order Drama to Ashes

The video has Bravo fans questioning everything

Tom Sandoval’s restraining order battle just took a shocking turn after newly surfaced video appeared to show the former Vanderpump Rules star pushing his ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson’s father into a lit fire pit in a California home during a heated confrontation.

The footage, first published by TMZ and later reported by People, reportedly comes from a June 3 fight involving Sandoval, Robinson, and her father, J. Will Robinson, at Sandoval’s Los Angeles home. In the clip, Sandoval appears to accuse Victoria of recording him, then moves toward her and seems to try to grab her phone. Her father then steps in and pulls Sandoval away by the waist. Moments later, Sandoval appears to shove him backward, sending him over the fire pit. You can watch the video here.

The scene immediately changed the conversation around Sandoval’s latest legal drama.

Sandoval filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Victoria on June 25, accusing her of repeated physical and emotional abuse. In court documents cited by People, Sandoval alleged that Victoria punched him during the June 3 incident and claimed her father was intoxicated and aggressive. He also alleged that her father damaged property and tried to get to him after Sandoval barricaded himself inside a room.

Victoria was arrested by California police the same day as the incident and later released on bond, according to reports. A hearing in the restraining order matter is scheduled for July 16.

But once the video hit the internet, many Bravo fans seemed to focus less on the court filing and more on what they believed they were watching unfold.

Fans Online Think the Narrative Has Changed

Online, the reaction didn’t hold back in its shaming of Sandoval’s actions. On Reddit, one viewer said the clip “turned my stomach,” arguing that Victoria’s father appeared to be pulling Sandoval away from his daughter before ending up in the fire pit. Another commenter reacted with disbelief, writing, “disturbing,” while another said, “And SHE and her dad were arrested? Hell no.”

Other fans framed the footage as a possible turning point in the public narrative. In another Bravo discussion, one commenter argued that Sandoval was “just the first to file,” while another said the video appeared to show him “repeatedly lunging at her” before the fire pit moment.

That is the part making this story spread so fast. For days, the restraining order filing positioned Sandoval as the person seeking legal protection after an alleged domestic incident. The video does not erase his allegations, and the court will still have to sort through competing claims. But in the court of public opinion, the footage has clearly complicated things.

Sandoval has been one of Bravo’s most controversial figures since “Scandoval,” the cheating scandal that ended his long relationship with Ariana Madix and reshaped the final years of Vanderpump Rules. Because of that history, fans were already primed to pick apart any new drama involving him.

This time, though, the reaction is not just about old resentment. It is about a disturbing clip from his California home, a lit fire pit, a restraining order, and a fight that appears to have escalated too quickly for comfort.

Sandoval may be waiting for his day in court, but online, California’s Bravo crowd has already started arguing over whether the fire pit evidence just sent his side of the story up in smoke.
