Farming Coins in Build a Soccer Squad is very easy and comes in several main methods. The first and the most obvious one is to simply build as many squads as quickly as possible. While doing this, you should also try selecting the best possible players, since that will raise your overall team rating, earning you more coins. While blindly clicking players as quickly as possible is also viable, sacrificing a bit of time to choose better ones pays off much more. Furthermore, you can also complete in-game quests and compete in cups to make even more coins.

Completing the quests is definitely the best AFK method for farming Coins in Build a Soccer Squad, as well as Rerolls and Refreshes. This is because all of them involve simply playing the game for up to 2 hours, allowing you to extract the maximum possible rewards (a massive 83k in total!) The good thing is that the quests reset as soon as you leave the game, allowing you to continuously farm the rewards over and over again. So, if you do not feel like playing the whole time manually, simply turn on your device, activate an auto-clicker to dodge the game’s 20-minute inactivity kick, and enjoy your rewards. The button to access it is also located on the right side of the screen. However, your team must have an overall rating of 93 to compete here. Your team will participate in a series of 3d simulated matches, while the Cup Mode itself starts off from the round of 32. Winning each game takes you up a notch until you finally reach the final and manage to win it. This is important to know, since playing in cups as a method of farming coins is only viable if you manage to reach the higher legs of the competition. This is because, for example, the rewards for winning only the round of 32 and immediately losing the round of 16 afterward are pitiful, while forcing you to spend time watching the entire game, time that could have been better spent elsewhere. This exact scenario will be a common occurrence if you just barely manage to enter a cup with a 93 or 94 rated team, so we advise that you avoid this method until you manage to get at least a 100 rated team. Playing in cups as a method of farming coins will only come into its own if you manage to get into higher legs since the rewards get exponentially greater, making the time investment worth it.

Important information: Playing in cups will reset your quest progress, since even though you are technically still playing the game, you will get moved to a different server, which nullifies it.

How to Make the Best Possible Squad in Build a Soccer Squad

If you want to build the best possible squad in the game, you will have to take several factors into account, with the first and the most obvious one being that the average of all individual player ratings determines your team rating. The second, not-so-obvious factor is that team chemistry can also improve your overall team rating, to the point that it is worth selecting worse players with better chemistry than individually better players with no chemistry. Ideally, you will want to combine both of these factors to create the best possible team.

There are 4 possible chemistry ratings represented by colored lines between player icons, with green being the best and grey the worst. While it remains unknown exactly what contributes to a team’s chemistry rating, we can say with certainty that factors such as players’ nations, clubs, leagues, and countries play a massive role. To that end, you will want to choose the players with as many matching elements as possible. For example, in the image above we have provided you can see a green line between Allison and Van Dijk. This is because they both play for the same club, Liverpool. Consider this when spending your Rerolls and Refreshes in the squad builder! You can get free rerolls by redeeming some of the game’s codes.

Getting the highest-rated players, however, is close to impossible via «normal» means. While they technically do have a tiny chance of dropping during standard rerolls, there are much more surefire methods of getting them. The first is to buy them from the Coin Shop on the left side of the game lobby screen. The second one is to unlock a team captain, which you can do by picking all other players from a given nation’s generation to your team. You can check your progress for doing that in the «Rewards» tab on the right side of the screen. Finally, winning 5 cups will allow you to obtain a random 105-rated player, which you can do so by visiting the golden portal located to the left of the leaderboard podium. However, you must keep in mind that you can only obtain a maximum of seven 105-rated players this way. This means that to achieve the perfect 105 team rating, you will have to find another way to acquire the best players or rely on team chemistry to do the heavy lifting.
