Subsistence is a useful perk for PvE, since it will reload the magazine each time players kill enemies with this Scout Rifle. On the other hand, some players also choose Rapid Hit to create a similar effect to that of the Dead Man’s Tale primary perk, increasing recharge speed upon landing precision hits. Rolling Storm is one of the newest perks added to the Long Arm pool, which creates stacks of Bolt Charge each time players kill an enemy. Since Bolt Charge is absolutely broken right now, this will guarantee a ton of damage against the most powerful enemies in Destiny 2.

Lone Wolf has been an incredible addition to the Long Arm perk pool, since it adds lots of aim assist and aiming speed, the more damage players cause, and if they’re alone and taking down enemies from the side, away from their team. These benefits are increased. It is a great perk that really makes an honor to its name, ideal for those who prefer a less direct approach, taking enemies down from afar. Now, Explosive Payload is the perfect combination for this perk, making sure that every hit to the center-mass of enemy players deals lots of hurt. Precision Instrument is good as well, but only for those who are experts in landing headshot after headshot. At the end of the day, both perks are equally strong, but if players want more overall damage, they should stick to Explosive Payload.

How To Get Long Arm In Destiny 2

To get Long Arm Scout Rifle in Destiny 2, players need to complete Activities in the Spire of the Watcher Dungeon on the Rite of the Nine activity tab. It doesn’t matter if players complete this activity in Explorer, Eternity, or Ultimatum, the weapon can drop from any of the chests in the Dungeon. More so if players Attune to the Long Arm in the Rite of the Nine event hub, and then exchange Nonary Manifolds at the Reward Chest, they’re bound to get some drops of the Long Arm there.

It is also possible to get the Long Arm with Curated rolls, or its Adept version, or the Shiny version of both Curated and Adept Long Arm. The ideal version would be the Shiny Adept Long Arm Scout Rifle, which comes with up to 4 perks to choose from at any time (2 in each column). But that depends on the luck players have with the game’s RNG system.
