Although Gorosei has returned to Marie Geoise, the threat isn’t over yet. One Gorosei member, Saturn, and Admiral Kizaru are still on the island. They may be recuperating from their injuries, but they’ll get back on their feet and fight the pirates again.
Atlas’ final request was for the crew to look after Lilith. This more or less confirms Lilith will likely join the Straw Hats in their journey to Elbaf. Not only that, but Kuma and Bonney will also be there as the manga will unravel more mysteries about the past.

Emet’s current status remains unknown and it’s uncertain he can be active again after using all of Joyboy’s Haki in one attack. However, the manga will soon reveal his past with Joyboy.
