The company reported 933 million total orders during Q1 2026, marking a 27% increase year-over-year and continuing a big upward trend for the delivery platform.

The increase is especially noticeable across the last few quarters. DoorDash processed 776 million orders in Q3 2025 before jumping to 903 million in Q4 and then climbing again to 933 million in Q1 2026.
The graph also highlights how dramatically the platform has scaled over the past few years.
Back in late 2019, DoorDash reported just 82 million quarterly orders. Since then, the company’s order volume has surged by more than 1,000%.
DoorDash has expanded far beyond standard restaurant deliveries in recent years, adding grocery, retail, pharmacy, and convenience store orders to its platform.
In their earnings report, the value of orders is also shown to be increasing. Gross Order Value OV increased 37% year-over-year, to $31.6 billion, with revenue also increasing by 33%, to $4.0 billion, leading to a gross profit of $1.9 billion.
