Dragon Ball voice actor Stephanie Nadolny – who you may know as Kid Goku, as well as Kid and Teen Gohan – served jail time on account of property theft in Texas.
Nadolny was sentenced on January 13, 2026, for a criminal offense dating back to June 3, 2025. The prolific voice actor was arrested in Texas for property theft amounting to under $2,500 USD.
However, as a result of prior convictions, including multiple counts of driving under the influence, the charge was raised from a Class A Misdemeanor to a State A Felony, resulting in jail time.
The sentence was for 180 days in Linda Woodman State Jail. Nadolny became eligible for parole on March 4, 2026, though, and has reportedly since returned home.

Nadolny was arrested in Tarrant County, Texas, for the aforementioned property theft. Specifics of the incident remain unclear.
The voice actor served jail time throughout the first quarter of 2026, but the case mostly went unreported until Gamerant’s discovery.

At 54 years of age, the American voice actor is best known for her work across the Dragon Ball franchise. She began with English dubs of the original Dragon Ball series back in the 1980s, bringing the Young version of protagonist Goku to life.
In the following eras, she’s portrayed Young and Teen Gohan in the main Dragon Ball Z series, as well as other iterations of both Goku and Gohan. Voicing these characters in the mainline shows has led to dozens of credited roles across films, TV series, and video games.
Most recently, she voiced the English version of Goku (Mini) in Dragon Ball Daima, which aired from October 2024 to February 2025. It’s yet unclear if Daima will return for a second batch of episodes.
