Dunkin’ is embracing all things pink this summer with a new collaboration featuring Barbie, which brings limited-time menu items, collectible merchandise, and a themed store takeover to fans.
Starting June 3, guests can order the new Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, a sweet strawberry-flavored topping designed to pair with a variety of Dunkin’s iced beverages. The launch arrives alongside several new and returning pink drinks as part of the chain’s seasonal summer lineup.
The collaboration also includes new content featuring Barbie “Brooklyn” Roberts and Barbie “Malibu” Roberts, with the characters appearing in a stop-motion video centered around a Dunkin’ Run.
Later in June, fans will also be able to visit a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired Dunkin’ location in New York City and purchase a limited-edition pink cup while supplies last.

The centerpiece of the collaboration is the new Barbie Pink Strawberry Cold Foam, which can be added to several drinks across the menu.
Among the featured beverages are the Ultimate Pink Daydream Refresher, which combines Pink Pineapple flavors with oatmilk and the new cold foam, and the Double Strawberry Daydream Refresher, which blends Strawberry Dragonfruit flavors with oatmilk before being topped with the strawberry foam.
Other drinks highlighted in the lineup include the Pink Mango Daydream Refresher, Pink Cherry Daydream Refresher, Strawberry Cloud Matcha, Strawberries & Creme Cloud Dunkalatte, and Almond Strawberry Shortcake Iced Coffee.
Dunkin’ is also introducing the new Pink Pineapple Refresher, a light pink beverage featuring pineapple, raspberry, and hibiscus flavors. The drink can be customized with a variety of bases, including green tea, black tea, lemonade, oatmilk, protein milk, or sparkling water.
“Pink has always been part of Dunkin’s DNA, and this summer we’re taking it further than ever – bold, fun and unmistakably Dunkin’,” said Jill Nelson, Chief Marketing Officer at Dunkin’. “From the Barbie collaboration to our lineup of pink sips and unexpected brand moments, we’re showing up in a way that feels fresh, joyful and distinctly pink all season long.”

We created a summer moment rooted in self-expression and the joy of being together.”
Beginning June 10, Dunkin’ will transform a Manhattan location into a Barbie DreamHouse-inspired store takeover, allowing fans to visit a pink-themed pop-up experience throughout June.
