Fortnite has been on a roll with its crossovers ever since the new year began, the latest being a collaboration with South Park. One of the standout additions of this crossover is the range of beneficial items from the popular sitcom that can turn the tide during an intense match. With that being said, here’s every South Park item in Fortnite and how you can find them.

1 Cheesy Poofs Consumable

The Cheesy Poofs snack was added to Fortnite as a part of the South Park collaboration, and it’s an extremely common consumable that players can find either lying on the ground or inside chests. After consuming it, players can heal for up to 300 total health, functioning similarly to the Med-Mist. However, the cheese-flavored snacks do not have any effect on Shields.

Additionally, Cheesy Poofs can be thrown at teammates to heal them for 10 health per throw. Apart from that, if you throw the consumable towards opponents, then you can deal 10 damage with each throw, so this snack from South Park truly packs a punch.

2 Kenny’s Respawn Token

Kenny’s Respawn Token is a South Park Mythic Item that revives players upon elimination, completely removing the need for the Reboot Van. However, it’s quite tricky to obtain, and there are two main ways to get your hands on Kenny’s Respawn Token.

You can grab the Token from the Care Packages that arrive on the Fortnite island through the Rift Anomaly, or you can obtain it by completing the Chaosblast minigame inside Cartmanland. This POI is located in the northwestern part of the map, where Wonkeeland used to be.

Begin the minigame, shoot at all the required targets, and Kenny’s Respawn Token will appear right in front of you, along with other loot. If you’re eliminated while carrying the South Park item, it will be consumed, and a bunch of tentacles will appear from a purple portal, pulling you upwards.

Next thing you know, you’re at full health and free-falling from the sky. If luck’s on your side, you might find this Token inside chests. But the Care Packages are a guaranteed way to grab Kenny’s Respawn Token if Cartmanland isn’t on your list of places to visit.

3 Stick of Truth Mythic

Lastly, the Stick of Truth from South Park was added to Fortnite as a Mythic Item, allowing anyone wielding it to set the storm’s final location. The item randomly appears as a Rift Anomaly during a match, and once you receive the notification for it, the Stick of Truth will spawn at a chosen location on the map.

There’s no set spawn location for the Stick of Truth, and it may not even appear during a match. However, when it does, every player will be informed with a message stating the same, and if you open your map, you’ll be able to check where the Mythic has spawned.

Picking up and using the Stick of Truth will allow players to set the storm’s final location, so the final safe zone of the match will be at the location where you used the Mythic Item. Once you’ve set the location, the storm will consistently shrink towards it over 3 minutes and 40 seconds.

The storm reaching the last zone will be followed by a short 30-second window, after which it will shrink entirely. The item can be used once, so utilise it strategically if you claim it. As of now, the spawn rate of the Stick of Truth Mthic is very low, which could change in the future, depending on player feedback
