In the town, you can find Ibrahim's Scrap Store, where Ibrahim, in exchange for Gold, can forge almost any item for you. Give Ibrahim a Wailing Crystal as well as 2900 Gold and rest at the nearby bench for 2 days. Afterward, you can collect two Wailing Crystals, which will increase your total tally.
