The first step is gaining access to the Forbidden Lands where Ordina, Liturgical Town is located. Next, solve the Evergaol puzzle to unlock the waygate to Miquella’s Haligtree. After that, progress through the area and defeat
Loretta, Knight of the Haligtree to continue exploring. Finally, cross the giant Scarlet Rot pond that is filled with Lesser Kindred of Rot to reach the Drainage Channel Site of Lost Grace, and from there, you can find the Talisman in the following building.
Where To Find Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman In Elden Ring
The Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman in Elden Ring can be found at Elphael Brace of the Haligtree, an end-game area located after Miquella’s Haligtree. Players can start from the Drainage Channel Site of Lost Grace and move north, parkouring through a couple of walls and branches to reach the Talisman’s location.
For players that didn’t reach the end-game content, solving the Evergaol Candle Puzzle is required to teleport to Miquella’s Haligtree. The puzzle is located north of the Consecrated Snowfield in
Ordina, Liturgical Town .
Start from the Site of Lost Grace and move northeast until you see a branch. Then, proceed north on it.
Once the branch ends, turn east and jump down on the transverse wall under. Keep moving until another branch can be seen below. Jump down to it.
The branch will end once again, and players have to jump down to another transverse wall. Hop on it and proceed to the end to find another branch north.
Take the branch and move up before leaping down to a roof. The Dragoncrest Greatshield is inside a chest in this building.
The chest is found on a high floor with no way to get to it but through one of two holes on the rooftop.
Descend carefully in the hole where players can land on wooden planks. Three enemies are protecting the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman, so Tarnished should get rid of them before claiming the chest.
Once the enemies are defeated, the floor is empty, and the chest can be looted to get the targeted Talisman. Unsurprisingly, the item glows in gold, showcasing how important it is.
Getting the Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman at this point in Elden Ring can prove extremely beneficial, as
Malenia, Blade of Miquella 's boss fight, is around the corner. She is a fast, vicious initiator who won’t stop pressuring players and healing non-stop. So being prepared for her boss fight is crucial.
Besides PVE, The Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman is noticeably popular in Elden Ring PVP, especially among players trying to receive as minimal damage as possible. Having a standard effect that is useful for everything will definitely put this item on top of any list of must-gets.
