Perfumer’s Talisman is easy to acquire, as you won’t need to defeat a tough-as-nails boss for it. However, it can be missed by many players due to how well-hidden it is. The talisman is located in the base game’s map, aka The Lands Between. To find it, you will need to reach the Perfumer’s Ruins, which is located northwest of the Abandoned Coffin Site of Grace in the Altus Plateau.

You can reach the Altus Plateau by using either the Grand Lift of Dectus or the Ruin-Strewn Precipice.

Once you reach the Perfumer’s Ruins, head inside the westernmost structure, where you will notice several wooden planks on the floor. Roll through them to destroy them and reveal a new path. Go down the path, open the door, and you will find a chest. Open it, and the Perfumer's Talisman will be yours.
