If you are a fan of the original Bleach franchise, then you know that Jidanbo is one of the guards of Soul Society. In Type Soul, he is a World boss, and you can fight him as many times as you want for various rewards, including Soul Tickets. This guide will detail how to defeat the Type Soul boss, Jidanbo.
Where To Find Jidanbo In Type Soul
Since Type Soul follows the original Bleach manga and anime, Jidanbo is found exactly where you'd expect: Soul Society. He spawns by a huge archway near the bamboo garden and not far from the location of the Khaotic NPC (location pictured above).
If you come to this place, and there is no boss, don’t worry. Jidanbo spawns in Type Soul every 40 minutes of server time. Wait for a little while, and your target will appear.
How To Beat Jidanbo In Type Soul
As befits a World boss, Jidanbo has a large health pool, high damage, and a variety of attacks. Also, be prepared for the fact that he is quite fast. The most dangerous are his melee combos and slam attacks. The latter can damage you with a shockwave even if you are not close to the boss.
To beat Jidanbo in Type Soul, you either need to call more friends and have a high level, or use ranged attacks. It is quite difficult to dodge all the boss' attacks, so melee combat is the most difficult. With ranged combat options, he can feel pretty easy.
