Changing Weapons in The Last of Us 2
If you played the first game, you might know how to change weapons already, because the process is the same in the second installment. But if you are new to the franchise, here is what you need to know about it.
- In The Last of Us 2, you can change weapons using the D-pad. Press left or right on the D-pad to change weapons.
- Press left on the D-pad to access your pistols.
- Press right on the D-pad to access heavier weapons like rifles and shotguns.
- If you want to equip a throwable weapon, press down on the D-pad instead.
Swapping Weapons in The Last of Us 2
Interestingly, you can swap weapons in your arsenal to make it more convenient to equip a specific weapon of your choice. For example, you might want to swap a pistol for another one, preferably because it does more damage.
To swap a weapon, here is what you need to do:
- Press right or left on the D-pad, depending on the weapon you want to swap.
