Close
The Tarnished can acquire the Bloodfiend's Fork by defeating a Bloodfiend who wields this weapon. Unfortunately, it’s not a guaranteed drop, so you might have to defeat these enemies several times until you get it. The best place to find this spear is in Prospect Town, located in the southwestern part of the Land of Shadows. This is also where you can acquire the Bloodfiend's Arm, making your trip to this destination worthwhile.
To get there, start at the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace and head south until you see Prospect Town. Proceed forward and climb the broken wall covered in cloth. Turn left and go up the two sets of stairs. Take a hard left and ascend again. You should see a fallen pillar leading to another broken wall. Climb all of that and jump onto the open area to your west filled with enemies. Prepare for a tough battle.
If you don’t get the drop on your first try, keep trying. To increase the drop rate, you could wear the
Silver Tear Mask and consume the
Silver-Pickled Fowl Foot .

Weapon used by the bloodfiends. Three tines of carved bone spear the victim to provoke blood loss. A ritual implement for blood offerings to the Formless Mother. At times, the bloodfiends will spill even their own blood using these forks.
The
Bloodfiend’s Fork comes with the Barbaric Roar weapon skill. This skill significantly increases the physical damage dealt by the player and alters Strong Attack to Savage Combo Attacks. The buffs last for 40 seconds and cost 16 FP to use. It cannot be charged for bonus damage or extended duration.
While
Barbaric Roar Skill is not unique to the Bloodfiend's Fork, you can replace it with your favorite Ash of War. The spear can be upgraded to +25 using Smithing Stones.
