Where To Get Horned Bairn In Elden Ring
To acquire the Horned Bairn item, you first need to reach the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace, located near the middle region of the map, just east of the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace.
Once you are at the desired spot, call upon your Torrent, head south, and quickly turn northwest. Keep going straight, and after about twenty seconds, a Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit will emerge from the lake and attack you.
Defeat this tough enemy, and you will receive the Horned Bairn as a reward. It is a guaranteed drop, so you won't need to farm this enemy; defeating it once will suffice.

The Horned Bairn is a tool introduced in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. It primarily scales with both Intelligence and Faith and costs 21 FP to use. When activated, it summons six vengeful spirits near the player that hurl themselves toward enemies, dealing damage. It is a reusable item, meaning you can use it repeatedly as long as you have the FP for it.
