GSC Game World released a new trailer for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl focusing on the environment of The Zone. The area surrounding the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant is the main setting for the sequel. With improved graphics, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl enhances the foundation laid down by previous franchise entries.
A survival FPS title, STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl has had a difficult development cycle. The studio, originally located in Ukraine, relocated due to the war. That hasn't stopped the GSC Game World team, which has continuously released stunning screens and intense firefight clips.
Revealed during a Bilibili showcase stream, the Not a Paradise trailer brings back an old friend and highlights the improved environment. This is the first trailer featuring a Ukrainian voiceover, the other available language for the title, increasing the immersion for viewers. Locations include a parking structure with a faded mural, a Ferris wheel in Prypiat, and a mutated creature running through a ruined building. The game is set to release September 5, 2024 as an Xbox console exclusive. STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl will be on Xbox Game Pass day one.
