Polymer Material is needed in Stellar Blade to unlock different outfits for Eve; here’s where to get each kind.
There are all sorts of materials for Eve to find in Stellar Blade. Each serves its own unique purpose, but managing what you have will always be something to keep in mind before spending your items to buy or craft something.
Polymer Materials come in three different rarity forms and are used to craft new costumes for Eve. There are many different outfits in the game to choose from, and players will need to pick and choose how to spend their found Polymer Materials. For those looking to unlock every costume easily; here's how to farm each Polymer type. Costumes are purely cosmetic and offer no in-game bonuses to wearing them, making Polymer less important than other upgrade materials.
Where To Buy Polymer Material, Advanced Polymer Material, & Extreme Polymer Material
The easiest and most reliable method for getting each Polymer Material type is by purchasing them. Upon reaching Xion after defeating the first Alpha Naytiba, players can head to the west side of town to Sisters' Junk, the same store Adam needed apart from. Here players can purchase each type of Polymer Material for a decent price:
- Polymer Material — 10 Gold
- Advanced Polymer Material — 20 Gold
- Extreme Polymer Material — 30 Gold
Merchants like Sisters' Junk have an infinite supply, so buy as many as you want or need. The "Available" amount displayed over the item you're trying to purchase indicates how many of this item you already have in your inventory, and not what is available to be purchased at the moment. To make buying in bulk easier, players can also increase the quantity purchased at once using L2 or R2, with the price also changing to indicate to price of your bulk order.
Where To Find Polymer Material
Polymer Material is a drop found throughout Stellar Blade, being dropped from enemies or found in chests. To farm all types of Polymer Materials, simply play the game and loot every chest you find. While this isn't an efficient method to obtain a specific amount of materials for a costume at the moment, players will often find themselves with decent quantities of Polymer Materials every few hours of gameplay.
Polymer materials can be rewarded for side quests and also found on the ground while exploring the world. Extreme Polymer Materials drop far less often than lower-tier options, and will more often than not need to be purchased to complete a new costume.
