If you currently want a physical copy of Cyberpunk 2077 your only option is to buy either the PS4 or Xbox One version and make use of the free upgrade if you want to play it on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S. Thankfully that will soon change.
CD Projekt RED has today announced that an Ultimate Edition of Cyberpunk 2077 will release this December, bundling up the base game with the recently released Phantom Liberty expansion as well as all updates since launch. But the best news is that as well as being available digitally on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC, there’ll be a physical version, too.
This will be the first time any version of Cyberpunk 2077 has been available physically on PS5 or Xbox Series X/S, which will no doubt please collectors. It’s also a great option for those who haven’t jumped into the game yet, as it truly offers the complete Cyberpunk 2077 experience which absolutely shines on PC and current-gen consoles. Those willing to register for the “My Rewards” program will also be able to gain access to a wealth of digital goodies.
