EA Sports UFC 5 is already a must-have for fans of the combat sport, offering intense matches that are brought to life with improved animations and a brutal damage system. There’s a reason why we scored it 8/0 in our EA Sports UFC 5 review. EA is committed to keeping the game authentic, too, announcing that it’s bringing over 30 new fighters to the title over the next few months.
In fact, nine of those are landing today. Ranging from surging newcomers to established fighters, the new additions are all brought to the game with hyper-realistic character likenesses and impressive facial animation, making them fit right in. The nine fighters being added today ahead of UFC 300 in just a few weeks are:
- Movsar Evloev (#5 FEATHERWEIGHT)
- Brendan Allen (#6 MW)
- Marina Rodriguez (#6 WSW)
- Muhammed Mokaev (#7 FLYWEIGHT)
- Serghei Spivac (#9 HW)
- Geoff Neal (#10 WW)
- Umar Nurmagomedov (#10 BW)
- Tracy Cortez (#11 WFW)
- Diego Lopes
A further 25 fighters are to be added over the coming months, with the next drop set for late April. All going well, by the end of June, EA Sports UFC 5 will have reached 98% parity with the current UFC 5 Top 10 Athlete Rankings, which is pretty impressive. It’s also impressive that all these fighters are being added for absolutely free.
Below you’ll find the schedule for the remaining UFC fighters being added to EA Sports UFC 5 post-launch.

Updates will continue to come for EA Sports UFC 5, and each is set to add 2-3 fighters to keep the roster as up-to-date as possible.
