Shadow of the Erdtree, the eagerly awaited expansion for Elden Ring, has finally been revealed. Even better, it has a launch date. On 21st June you’ll be able to jump back into Elden Ring’s hostile world to discover a whole new area filled with fresh new challenges for you to overcome.
In Shadow of the Erdtree, Elden Ring players will be able to visit The Land of Shadow, a new area where you will apparently be able to “follow in the footsteps if Miquella and unravel the dark side of the Elden Ring story”.

Pre-orders are live now for Shadow of the Erdtree, with prices starting at £34.99 on PC and £39.99 on console. Premium and Deluxe editions are also available, with the latter including the base game and the expansion. For true fans, a physical collector’s edition is also available to preorder. Including a 40-page hardcover artbook and a 46cm statue of Messmer the Impaler, it’s sure to be very popular indeed.
