Do you need help completing The Port of Many Worlds quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley? Here’s everything you need to know.
It’s finally happened: Disney Dreamlight Valley has launched out of Early Access, bringing with it new content along with the game’s first paid DLC. If you’re jumping in with both feet, you’ll likely have purchased the A Rift in Time expansion, which gives you access to a whole new region, new characters and plenty of new quests. The first is called The Port of Many Worlds, and this will automatically become available the first time you load up the game after updating it.
To begin the quest, talk to Merlin. He’ll tell you about his memories of a special place somewhere within Dreamlight Valley that holds the power to take you to anywhere in the world. Hmm, sounds intriguing. It turns out the place is within the Dream Castle – that’s the big Disney castle north of the Plaza – so head there after talking to Merlin.
Follow Merlin up the steps inside the Dream Castle, then talk to him again. Interact with the gate that he’s just unlocked, and you’ll find yourself somewhere new. It’s called the Stardust Port, and from here you can head to new worlds. Talk to Merlin one more time.
You’re now free to explore the Stardust Port, but you’ll find only one new area is available so far. We’re guessing more will become available as new content comes to the game. You’ve now completed The Port of Many Worlds in Disney Dreamlight Valley, and by stepping through the open port, you can truly begin the A Rift in Time content. Exciting!
