Football Manager 2024 is less than a month away and we’re getting ready to take Accrington Stanley to the top of the Premier League. Okay, maybe that’s not going to work out. Football Manager 2024, the latest in the long-running series, promises several changes including better transfers and finances. You’ll also be able to import your saves from Football Manager 2023. Or if things have gone particularly badly for your team you may not want to.
We had good things to say about the game’s 2023 incarnation, calling it “..the best sports simulation game on the market” and that it “balances the brutal spreadsheeting of would-be managers and the glory of professional sport.”
Speaking of brutal, it is possible to get sacked so you’ll have to deliver results if you want to keep your position. No pressure. And while Sports Interactive haven’t (to our knowledge) added in any sweary football chants, the fans will also have their eyes on you.
Fanatical are selling Football Manager 2024 (PC and Mac) for the pre-order price of £36.89 / $49.19, saving you around $10/£8 on the price. For that you’ll get a Steam key for PC/Mac and you’ll be able to play up to two weeks before the official November 6th release date.
