Sequel to Capcom’s epic fantasy role-playing adventure in which players explore a vast open world along with three AI-driven companions called Pawns, Dragon’s Dogma 2 promises to drive the series forward in numerous ways. It’s set to look a hell of a lot better for one, but more importantly, the AI of your Pawns should be noticeably improved.
Jump into Dragon’s Dogma 2 and players will once again find themselves in a large open world where they’re free to make their own choices. And while some may be disappointed that there’s seemingly still no option to play with others, you can at least enlist the help of Pawns created by other users.
In any case, it appears what Capcom is really aiming for here is immersion, creating a world that feels dynamic, truly alive, and full of opportunities. That sounds great to us.
