News Until Dawn comes to PS5 and PC this autumn ByRichard Seagrave 31 May 202431 May 2024
Of all the cinematic horror games created by Supermassive Games, one of them stands head and shoulders over all others: Until Dawn. Following a group of friends meeting at a remote cabin for a catch up, it’s a horror masterpiece, filled with twists, turns and horrifying deaths.
The enhanced and updated version of Until Dawn will launch on PS5 and PC this autumn, which means it’s potentially just a few more months away. And whether you’re an existing fan or looking to play the classic for the first time it looks to be shaping up rather swell.
With admirable work done to tidy up the game’s visuals, it should certainly deliver the scares. Although it has to be said that some of its animation work is looking a bit dated now.
As well as being made to look more visually appealing to modern audiences, Until Dawn will also supposedly feature additional content when it hits PS5 and PC. It’s stated to have an improved camera, too.
All in all, it should prove to be a fun way to occupy and evening or two, alone or with friends. Everyone likes a bit of a scare now and again, don’t they?
