The Genshin Impact 6.6 livestream date and time has been announced and will provide the usual information on the upcoming Banner schedule and events. Called Luna VII, this Special Program wil take a look at the next part of the ‘Song of the Welkin Moon’ storyline and the new 5-Star characters.

Genshin Impact 6.6 livestream date and time in UK, BST, ET and PT
The Genshin Impact 6.6 livestream is on Friday, 8th May at 12pm (GMT) / 8am (ET) on the official Genshin Impact Twitch channel and official Genshin Youtube channel.
In other timezones, the Genshin Impact 6.6 livestream date and time is:
- UK: Friday 8th May at 12pm (GMT)
- Europe: Friday 8th May at 1pm (CET)
- West Coast US: Friday 8th May at 5am (PST)
- East Coast US: Friday 8th May at 8am (EST)
This time, the channels will open the waiting room 15 minutes early, and ‘special content’ will be released during the waiting period. So if you don’t want to miss out on anything, make sure you join the livestream 15 minutes before its official start time.

Genshin Impact 6.6 Banner leaks
At the time of writing, much of the Genshin Impact 6.6 livestream remains a mystery. Storyline-wise, I do know it will give some insight into the next part of the game’s storyline focusing on ‘Song of the Welkin Moon: Andante’. When it comes to new characters, drip marketing has revealed three new characters — two 5-Star and one 4-Star character.
Starting with the new 5-Star characters, version 6.6 will bring Nicole — a new 5-Star Pyro catalyst-user — and Lohen — a new 5-Star Cyro polearm-user. There will also be a new 4-Star character in the form of Prune, a 4-Star Anemo catalyst-user, who will be boosted one set of the version 6.6 Banners. (Hopefully we’ll learn which Phase Prune will be released in during the livestream!)
As a reminder, none of this information is official, so we’ll have to wait until the 6.6 livestream for solid details on who will be on the next Banners in Genshin Impact.
