Genshin Impact 7.0 is expected to release on August 12, 2026, for Europe, Asia, TW, HK, and MO servers. This means it will release one day earlier, on August 11, 2026, for NA servers, due to time zone differences. This update will add the Snezhnaya region to Genshin Impact. Genshin Impact 7.0 Banners Leaked
The Genshin Impact banners for version 7.0 are rumored to feature two new characters, Odette and Alyosha. Odette is a 5-star character, and Alyosha is a 4-star character.

Genshin Impact 7.0 will add many new characters. This will include the new Genshin Impact Snezhnaya characters, alongside some old names making a return. However, only three new playable characters will be added in version 7.0, and they are as follows:

Odette

Alyosha
Alyosha is expected to be a 4-star character, releasing in Genshin Impact 7.0. He is rumored to be an Electro Polearm user and can trigger Stellar Conduct damage. Other than that, we can also assume that he is a marksman and an assassin like Odette. An interesting fact about him is that he can summon hounds using his Elemental Burst, which was revealed in the Snezhnaya trailer.
Cryo Traveler
Our beloved Traveler will finally complete unlocking all the elements in Snezhnaya. Genshin Impact 7.0 update will release the Cryo Traveler, which means our protagonist will be able to resonate with Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya, aka ‘The Tsaritsa,’ the Cryo Archon.

Other than weapons, Genshin Impact version 7.0 will also add two new artifacts. The details have been revealed in leaks and suggest that one of them will be a Stellar Conduct support set, while the other will be a Stellar Swirl DPS set. Thus far, we have only spotted a couple of enemies or bosses in Genshin Impact 7.0 Snezhnaya. These have made an appearance in the Snezhnaya trailers. Although we don’t know their names, two enemies stand out among the rest. One of them is a bunny with blades as leg-stands, while the other is a giant tree monster.

The Genshin Impact Snezhnaya map has also been leaked. Take a look at the leaked map via the Reddit post made by Seele Leaks. The Genshin Impact 7.0 Snezhnaya map is massive in size, much bigger than the first Nod-Krai map in version 6.0. It is also rumored that the Snezhnaya region will be located north of Nod-Krai.
