The developers have officially announced that a new reaction, Lunar-Crystallize, will be released in the upcoming Luna IV version. Lunar-Crystallize is similar to other Lunar Reactions, and you must have a character that can wield moonlight in the party. In other words, you need a Hydro or Geo character that has a Moon Wheel to activate the new reaction.

To trigger the new Lunar reaction, you must deal Geo DMG to an enemy affected by the Hydro element. After activating Lunar-Crystallize, three moondrifts will be summoned on the field. When you deal three instances of Lunar-Crystallize DMG, the moondrifts will resonate and deal Geo DMG to nearby enemies.

Similar to other Lunar variants, the Lunar-Crystallize DMG takes into account the damage of all party members involved in the reaction, and it can Crit. This reaction can also trigger effects related to other Crystallize and Geo Elemental Reactions.

The developers have also stated that the moondrifts generated by this reaction count as Geo constructs. So, these moondrifts can resonate with Zhongli’s Stone Steles generated by his Elemental Skill and can also increase Chiori’s Tamoto summon on the field by one. Chiori can only have one Tamoto doll if you don’t have a Geo Construct on the field, and with the new reaction, you can have two Tamoto dolls.

So far, only Columbina and Zibai can trigger the Lunar-Crystallization Elemental Reaction. They also increase the damage of the new reaction with their Moonsign Benediction Passive. The developers have stated that Navia can still obtain Crystal Shrapnel from this reaction.
