Anime fans will soon be able to add this colossal Cardcaptor Sakura plushie to their collection, but that’s only if they have the space to give her a home and the dollars needed to foot the pricey bill.
The massive merch trend has continued to be a big hit in 2026, with everything from life-size Pokemon plushies like Lilligant to giant Umamusume horse girls and mighty Marin Kitagawa dolls.
Not to be outdone by the competition, classic 90s anime character Sakura Kinomoto has stomped into the scene, and boy, is she biiiiig.
Cardcaptor Sakura gets massive plushie release
According to the official store listing, Sakura stands at a whopping 100cm (3.3 feet) tall, which puts it just behind the huge Anges Tachyon Umamusume plush. Don’t worry, though, she’s still large enough to take up a sizeable chunk of your living room’s couch.
It’s not just her height that will have guests double-taking, as Sakura also weighs 8.2kg (18lbs), which is slightly heavier than your average bowling ball. So, you’ll need to be prepared for a little workout if you plan to carry her from room to room or lug her up a flight of stairs or two.
As for the design, Sakura comes kitted out in her classic pink costume from the Clear Card Arc. Everything from her ribboned cap, frilled dress, and star pendant neckerchief has been faithfully recreated.

However, the made-to-order stuffed doll also comes with a fairly hefty price tag and will set you back ¥66,000 (around $406 USD).
Unfortunately, pre-orders are currently only available in Japan and begin on July 3, with shipping planned for February 2027. So, you may need to be prepared to import one or wait for an international release. In fact, the latter might be preferable if you wish to avoid cramming her into your suitcase and avoid odd looks at the airport.

Carcaptor Sakura isn’t the only massive piece of merch that has caught our attention this year, as back in April, Ghost in the Shell released a life-size statue of Motoko Kusanagi for over $7,000, while Umamusume released human-sized figures of its fan-fave horse girls for a cool $1,384.
