Hatsune Miku now has her own blood pressure monitor machine that is fully voiced by the Vocaloid star, and it might be her most bizarre collab yet.
Writing about a Hatsune Miku medical device is up there with one of the strangest things I’ve written this year. Actually, I can confidently say this device shares the top spot alongside these anime girl ASMR earbuds.
Yes, the virtual singer now has her own voice-activated blood pressure device, allowing fans to monitor their health with assistance from Hatsune Miku herself.
After all, who needs a certified medical professional when you can have your very own Vocaloid nurse telling you to go easier on the fried chicken?
Hatsune Miku gets blood pressure device
Besides having a mini Miku slapped onto the device, the main selling point is the fact that the twin-tailed star actually guides you through the setup and measurement process.
Once you’ve wrapped the pad around your arm, Miku will comment on your results based on your blood pressure readings, which is just as surreal as it sounds.
Quite how comforting it would be to hear Miku tell you that your blood pressure is sky high remains to be seen, but like many of you reading, it’s not something I have ever truly pondered. At the very least, it would certainly make for a rather memorable experience!

The device will set you back ¥14,300 (around $88), with reservations beginning July 3, 2026, until September 7, 2026. Miku’s monitoring device will then begin shipping to fans in Japan from mid-March 2027.

If you want to make sure you get a healthy score, you could always try lowering your blood pressure by going on a relaxing fishing trip with your very own Miku-themed fishing rod.
If fishing doesn’t take your fancy, then perhaps you could soak away your frustrations in a Miku bathing experience?
