Completing the quest With a View in ARC Raiders can bea simple matter or one that takes multiple raids. Here’s how you do it. Depending on your circumstances, completing the quest With a View in ARC Raiders can be difficult or downright grueling. That’s thanks to the location tied to the quest and the rarity of some of the items you need to acquire. Here’s how it all works. With a View is the fourth quest in the Stella Montis chain in ARC Raiders. To complete it, you first need to find two relatively rare items, the Ion Sputter and the Rotary Encoder. Then, you go to one of the offices in Assembly, one of the highest traffic areas on the map. You’ll then spend one of the Rotary Encoders to spawn a final quest step. Both Rotary Encoders and Ion Sputters are Exodus loot items unique to Stella Montis, so the (somewhat) good news is you might find them when you arrive at Assembly. I was lucky enough to find an Ion Sputter and a Rotary Encoder in a set of drawers right next to the quest lever that required the Rotary Encoder to activate. There are two offices you can visit to use the Rotary Encoder. One of them is in eastern Assembly. The other is on the western side. Inside, you’ll see a yellow-lit console that requires a single Rotary Encoder to interact with. Provided you use the Encoder, one of the nearby computer consoles will then gain a quest interact icon. Take the five seconds to complete the interaction, and you’ll complete most of the steps for With a View. You’ll need to provide Shani with one Ion Sputter to complete the final step, so if you find it while exploring Assembly, ensure it goes straight into your Safe Pocket. The With a View quest doesn’t require you to complete everything in a single round, and progress saves across multiple raids. If you already had an Ion Sputter and Rotary Encoder from previous Stella Raids, you don’t need to find them again, as they’re not specifically tied to the quest in that way. As long as you have the Ion Sputter in your stash and use the Encoder at its proper place, you won’t need to find any more. All of this goes without saying that Stella Montis is easily the most PvP-heavy map in all of ARC Raiders. Expect non-stop firefights against other raiders and teams if you have even a hint of aggression-based matchmaking.
