How to get Primordial Runes in Sailor Piece
The key to grabbing yourself a Primordial Rune lies on Tower Island, and as you may expect, is tied directly to the Infinite Tower Dungeon you find in its centre. If you haven’t been through this endless structure of pain and misery, the idea is simple. You climb the Dungeon from floor to floor, with each level becoming progressively harder, as tougher enemies join the fray.

Luckily, even if you can only manage to endure the earliest floors, you’ll still be in with a chance of getting the rune. All that matters as we ascend the tower is killing as many enemies as we can, as each enemy has somewhere between a 0.0002% and 0.013% chance of dropping a Primordial Rune. Unluckily, those odds are criminally low, and we’re gonna have to do a lot of grinding to land them.
There is an alternative, but it doesn’t really remove much of the grind needed to get your hands on the Rune. Instead of earning it through sheer luck, there is a pity that’ll kick into play that simply gives you the rune for free, but you’ll have to bash through a whopping 10,000 floors for it to activate. That sounds hellish, so if you want a way to speed up the process, I’ve got you covered…
How to farm Primordial Runes in Sailor Piece
If you ask me, the best way to get around how annoying this Rune is to grind is simply through boosting your Luck tenfold and doing a bit of automation. Equip a title that boosts Luck, as well as gear like Runes, Artifacts, and Relics with a similar Luck buff. Next, farm a giant stack of Dungeon Keys, then head into the tower with a weapon equipped that does good AOE damage. Set the Dungeon to auto-restart, stand in the centre, set your AOE attack to repeat after its cooldown, and then just go about your day. You should auto-farm enemies for a while, then be defeated, and instantly restart with your auto-attack enabled, letting you farm for as long as you have Dungeon keys to burn through.

Come back after a few hours. If you haven’t got the Rune, exit the dungeon and find an NPC near the entrance labelled «Tower Upgrades.» Speak to her, and you can spend Tower Tokens (which you accrue from killing enemies in the Infinite Tower) to level up your stats while inside the dungeon. Spend them on the Luck stat to boost the chances of grabbing the Primordial Rune, then start the process over. This saved me tons of time. Time I spent watching a video essay on sea lions. Let me tell you, way better than grinding the Infinite Tower. So let the game roll along and indulge in what wacky little geezers sea lions can be (or, you know, do something more productive. You do you, I guess).
How to use Primordial Runes in Sailor Piece
Once you’ve finally got a Primordial Rune, you can equip it in the Rune tab of your inventory. It’ll boost your damage a ton, making it the best Rune currently in the game. Pat yourself on the back for enduring such a lengthy grind session, then get back out there and slay a legally distinct anime badass to feel the Rune’s power coursing through your digital veins.
