Trading in Erenshor has changed. The system works now (mostly), and if you’re still getting weird NPC lines, that’s just the chat fluff. The actual trading? Pretty straightforward.
Trading With NPC Adventurers
NPC adventurers will sometimes shout out what they’re looking to trade. Here’s how to interact with them:

Step 1: Listen for trade shoutouts like “Buying ___!” or “Selling ___!”

Step 2: Walk up to that NPC.

Step 3: Click and drag the item from your inventory onto the NPC to start the trade.
You don’t need to open a special window. Just drag and drop. If you try to open trade by clicking and nothing happens—don’t worry, dragging the item works.
How to Trade With Shopkeepers

Step 1: Walk up to any merchant.

Step 2: Right-click them to open their shop menu.

Step 3: To buy, left-click the item you want, then left-click «Buy».

Step 4: To sell, left-click the item in your inventory, then left-click «Sell».
It’s basic, clean, and works without any nonsense.
Can You Trade Gold?
Not really. You can’t just walk up and hand gold to an NPC to begin a trade. Stick to item-for-item or item-for-gold through the shopkeepers or drag-and-drop trades.
