Find two access panels to access the Command Wing inside the Pinwheel Base in Outpost. The Command Wing in the Pinwheel Base is locked down. To activate the panels on either side of the door, you will need to find two other panels hidden in the building. This is one of the tougher areas to access on Outpost thanks to all of the UESC and other Marathon players looking to steal your stuff. Check our out MARATHON INTERACTIVE MAPS. The Command Wing is unlocked by finding two access panels hidden in the other wings of the Pinwheel Base on Outpost. After activating both panels, the panels on either side of the Command Wing door will be activated, allowing you to open the door and fight through the last section of the Pinwheel Base. The two panels can be found here: The Destroyed Wing panel is on the left-hand side of the lower room when entering from the opening at Orientation. After you gain access to the Pinwheel Base by destroying the white boxes (or one of the other methods), climb the broken part and enter through the lower doors. You’re looking for a white room with dark blue lighting around the perimeter. There will be a desk with a panel on the wall on the eastern side of the room, activate the panel and move to the Drone Wing. The panel in the Drone Wing is easier to find, it’s at the very back of the wing, along the southern wall. Run all the way to the back, go up the stairs, and look for the panel between a black container and shelves. Activate the panel and then run back to the enter of Pinwheel Base. Once the two panels are activated, the panels on either side of the Command Wing door will activate. Interact with both panels to open the door, which will summon four UESC units. Destroy them and continue fighting through the wing to the end. Check all of the side rooms for weapon lockers and other containers with valuables. If you make it to the end of the Command Wing, you will face off against a few waves of extremely tough UESC (some purple shields). Clear them out to easily loot the room.
