Infinity Nikki: Full Moon Ballad Challenge Guide

The Eerie Season in Infinity Nikki continues with various new banners and challenges for stylists to take on under the glare of the full moon. With yet more new outfits for Nikki to add to her wardrobe, these challenges lead to valuable rewards that can then be used for those outfits.

One of those challenges in Infinity Nikki is the Full Moon Ballad challenge, which features several objectives that not only include your usual daily activities but ones that pertain to the story of Eerie Season itself.

How to Unlock Full Moon Ballad Challenge in Infinity Nikki

The Full Moon Ballad challenge comes midway through Infinity Nikki‘s Eerie Season and functions similarly to other days-long challenges in the game. Another example is the In Search of Lost Dreams challenge, which also continues until the end of Eerie Season on March 25.

To unlock this challenge, you simply need to complete the ‘Accident at the Clothing Store’ quest in Chapter 1 of the main story. This means that you don’t have to progress far at all into the story to get access to all that Eerie Season has to offer.

How to Complete Full Moon Ballad Challenge in Infinity Nikki

To view the Full Moon Ballad challenge, go to your ‘Events’ menu and look for ‘Full Moon Ballad’ on the left near the bottom, beneath the ‘Memories of Yesterday’ tab. Select it and a series of objectives will display, categorized by ‘Day’. Each day includes four different objectives that you can complete in-game.

Some are very general objectives that coincide with most daily activities, while others specifically relate to Eerie Season’s quests and landmarks. These objectives are spread across four different ‘Days’ that are time-locked, meaning that you do not have to fulfill all the objectives on any given day to unlock the next day’s set. You simply need to wait for the server reset on the indicated day before the objectives become available.

This challenge remains open for all players until the Eerie Season ends on March 25, 2025, so make sure to complete as many objectives as you can before then. Once that deadline passes, any unclaimed rewards from the challenge will be lost.

Day 1 Objectives

• Upgrade clothing by 30 levels in total — To achieve this objective, simply go to your Glow Up menu on the Pear-Pal and choose any assortment of outfit pieces to upgrade with Shiny Bubbles and Threads of Purity. This can coincide effectively with the new Pinnacle Mira Crown contest, so prioritize upgrading what you need for those perfect scores.

• Like the photos in a total of three Snapshot Hourglasses — To complete this, look for any floating pink hourglasses in Wishfield, which allow you to view Snapshots taken and shared by other players. ‘View’ the snapshot and click the thumbs up icon at the bottom corner to ‘like’ it, which will count toward the objective.

• Complete The Queen’s Lament exclusive quest ‘In the Lonely Song’ — As the objective name suggests, you need to complete the ‘In the Lonely Song’ exclusive quest as part of the Eerie Season’s main questline. The timelock on the quest has since been lifted, so all players can now access it after completing the previous exclusive quests in the storyline.

• Consume a total of 350 Vital Energy — Vital Energy is what you use to complete any of the available Realm Challenges at any unlocked Warp Spire in Miraland. Whether it’s battling in phantom trials or simply boosting your stores of Blings or Shiny Bubbles at the Realm of Escalation, as long as it consumes Vital Energy it will count towards completion of this objective. The normal cap of daily Vital Energy is 350, so you can achieve this in one to two days at most.

Day 2 Objectives

• Collect six materials from legendary creatures — To fulfill this objective, you need to groom any or all of the game’s current legendary creatures for their respective materials using your grooming ability outfit. The creatures that qualify for this objective include the Astral Swan in the Abandoned District and the Bullquet in southern Breezy Meadow. The Bibcoon in Florawish does not count toward this, unfortunately.

• Take a group photo with Ms. Glove — To complete this objective, return to the top of the high tower at the Queen’s Palace Ruins, where you find the lone piano in front of the broken window. Next, make sure that it’s nighttime, which you can use the Run, Pear-Pal feature to reach if need be. Sit on the chair in front of the piano and Nikki will start to play. Soon the ghostly Ms. Glove will make her appearance to play alongside Nikki, and that’s when you open up Photo Mode. Snap a picture of the moment and it should count toward your objective.

• Earn 1 in the Mira Crown Pinnacle Contest — As the objective suggests, you must obtain at least 1 in the latest iteration of the Mira Crown Pinnacle Contest, which recently updated on March 11. The higher your outfit scores are in each of the eight categories, the more stars you’ll earn. You have until the end of the Eerie Season to participate in the contest for this objective, so make sure not to overlook it.

• Clear the third stage of the Illusibloom Depths within 210 seconds — To achieve this objective, you must clear the third stage of the Illusibloom Depths challenge, which you can also find in the Events menu (right under ‘Tales of Mystery’). Keep in mind that it must be done in under 210 seconds, which equates to two-and-a-half minutes. These stages feature a number of enemy obstacles, so it may take a bit of practice.

Full Moon Ballad Challenge Rewards

The rewards for the Full Moon Ballad challenge are set on a tiered gauge, which you fill with Illusibloom Whisper tokens earned by completing objectives. Each objective provides 100 of these tokens, so you can earn up to 400 x Illusibloom Whispers each day. Keep in mind that you don’t need to complete every single objective in the challenge to obtain all the tiers of rewards, so choose the ones that you’re best-equipped to achieve.

There are seven tiers of rewards that include a variety of valuable items such as Diamonds, Glitter Bubbles, Threads of Purity, and Bling. There is no unique outfit or sketches locked to this challenge.
