KFC has unveiled a new limited-time Simpsons menu featuring food and collectibles inspired by some of the show’s most memorable moments.
So far, the collaboration is available only in Spain and Portugal, with the fast food chain introducing a menu with items inspired by Homer’s famous love for pink donuts, as well as references to iconic gags.
Everything on the menu
The collab’s big showstopper item is the so-called Rosquiburger, which sandwiches chicken, bacon, and cheese between two donuts.
Other additions include Chillibites of Madness, inspired by Homer’s encounter with the Guatemalan insanity pepper, and a frozen blueberry drink based on the Kwik-E-Mart’s Squishee. Ketchup sachets also get a referential rebrand to “Catsup.”
The limited-time menu includes a donut burger and drink inspired by the show’s Squishee.
The collaboration also includes a selection of themed collectibles featuring references from across the show’s history, including Homer’s plutonium fuel rod, a Bort licence plate, and Mr. Sparkle detergent box.
A box meal that includes the Rosquiburger, one side, one drink, a portion of Chillibites, and a collectible, is also available.
The official campaign page doesn’t mention how long each item will be available and, as of writing, KFC hasn’t said if the collaboration will be available elsewhere outside of Spain and Portugal.
This latest crossover follows just days after the fast food chain launched a limited-time menu in Hong Kong themed after the Evangelion anime.
