NBA player Draymond Green was at the heart of a prank set by LeBron James that almost ended in violence over a $100 million contract.
As James winds down his NBA career, he is finding time for other hobbies like golf – and getting involved in elaborate pranks.
When he joined forces with Rich Paul and Anthony Davis for a new TBS show recently, it nearly went very, very badly as they picked on the wrong person.
Draymond Green doesn’t see funny side of prank
On the new show, ‘Foul Play with Anthony Davis’, it was towering Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green who was chosen as the butt of the joke.
With LeBron James and Davis watching from behind the scenes, things took a turn and they had to intervene before Green lashed out.
Green was asked to invest $100 million in a business venture, to which he replied: “I was never gonna send you all $100 million. $100 million cash? Absolutely not. Who is just sitting on a $100 million cash?”

The actors posing for the stunt then tell Green that plenty of other investors have that money and yelling ensued, which Green really did not appreciate.
Tempers flared and Green said: “Number one, y’all should stop yelling. I’m a grown-ass man. I’m going to leave here. Because I will f*** you up. For sure.”
James and Davis continued to watch and laugh as the action unfolded on a monitor, but when Green threatened to punch one of the actors in the nose, they had to step in and reveal the truth about the prank before things went too far.
