Looksmaxxing streamer Clavicular left viewers stunned after broadcasting his own rhinoplasty live on Kick with celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Miami.
Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has built a large online following through extreme looksmaxxing content, a controversial subculture focused on maximizing physical appearance through cosmetic, fitness, and lifestyle changes.
The June 3 stream was titled “First ever live streamed rhinoplasty! Ft. Dr. Miami” on Kick’s IRL category, where it was listed with 5.8K live viewers. Streams Charts showed roughly 5,960 average viewers for the broadcast.

Dr. Miami explains Clavicular’s nose job plans
Before the surgery began, Dr. Michael Salzhauer, better known as Dr. Miami, explained the changes he planned to make to Clavicular’s nose. His official site lists him as “Dr. Michael Salzhauer AKA” Dr. Miami.
“Nobody on earth is perfectly symmetrical. Everybody is slightly asymmetrical. Nostrils are like sisters or brothers, they’re not identical twins. Your left nostril is slightly wider than your right nostril. Both of them are just slightly wide by beauty standards,” he said.

“What I’m going to do this morning is take in a tiny bit of the nostril over here, a little more on this side than that side. Just a tiny bit, to bring them closer together and get us as close as we can to what people would consider the perfect beauty standard.”
The operation was completed successfully and took around two hours, with Clavicular later appearing with a visibly smaller nose following the procedure.

Clavicular billed the broadcast as the first-ever rhinoplasty streamed live, turning the surgery itself into content for his Kick audience.
While some viewers tuned in out of curiosity, others were grossed out by the sight of a cosmetic surgery being broadcast live as entertainment. The stream quickly became another viral moment for the creator, whose content has repeatedly centered on extreme appearance-altering methods such as bonesmashing, peptide injections, and use of controlled substances.
