A Pennsylvania man reportedly left a police interview during a domestic dispute investigation so he could keep playing Arc Raiders.

According to Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were called to an inactive domestic incident on Old Route 11 in Great Bend Township at around 11:38am on June 20.

The dispute allegedly began after the woman accused the man of cheating and being addicted to Arc Raiders, the extraction shooter from Embark Studios.

State police said troopers attempted to interview the man at the scene, but he allegedly refused to cooperate with the investigation. Instead, he reportedly walked away while continuing to play the game.

The man was later charged with harassment through District Court 34-3-02, according to FOX56.

Arc Raiders launched in 2025 and quickly became one of the year’s breakout multiplayer games.

Despite its initial success, player count started to plummet at the start of the year, and by April, the extraction shooter lost nearly 80% of its Steam players.

In May, Embark Studios announced it was abandoning monthly updates for Arc Raiders in favor of bigger content drops twice a year.
