A man is suing a luxury dog hotel in Malibu, California, for $500,000 in damages after claiming the noise is disruptive.
For a lot of people, living near a bunch of dogs would be the dream. You’d be able to say hello to the pups from time to time, and might even get to play with them if they come near you.
However, for Kamran Razavi, CEO of Reklaim, it has turned into a bit of a nightmare. As per the New York Post, the mogul moved near the iconic Malibu Dog Hotel and is now suing them over noise disruption.
According to court filings, seen by the Post, Razavi says the hotel has been causing “irreparable harm” to the neighborhood and that “the loud and annoying noise interferes with his and his guests’ comfortable use of the property.”

Razavi is seeking $500,000 in damages from the hotel, which is located just across from his $16 million mansion.
“As a consequence of Defendant’s behavior and chronic manner of allowing the dogs they are caring for to bark in this manner, Plaintiff is interfered in his ability to use and enjoy Plaintiff’s property,” the suit adds.
Additionally, Razavi states that he has tried to address things with the hotel before issue a suit but claims they have not addressed it.

The hotel, which has been around since 1948, looks after dogs of all ages, with owners paying around $70 per night to have them stay there.
While they have not addressed the suit, some social media users have urged them to start a GoFundMe to fight the case, with some calling Razavi a “clown” for it.
