Overwatch 2‘s Stadium is a game mode that gives players the chance to create an evolving build for a hero of their choice during a match. After locking in their character, players then participate to earn cash credits over a series of mini-rounds. At the end of each round, they can then use said credits to purchase Items to help enhance their build and synergize with the various Powers that unlock every other round.
While there may be limited choices on the roster thus far, there are plenty of different options that can be used to create totally unique builds tailored to your playstyle. However, as you get started, learning which Powers and Items work well together can be a bit overwhelming. To help eager Mei players get started in the Overwatch Stadium DPS Role, some great builds have been outlined below.
Overwatch Stadium: Best Mei Builds, Explained
In Overwatch Stadium, Mei is one of the six DPS heroes featured on the roster from the Season 16 launch. With the variety of Powers and Items available for her, players can pull off all sorts of tricks — including becoming a giant rolling Snowball, triggering mini-Blizzards, and making your icicle projectile much more lethal, just to name a few. To help you get started on learning what works for Mei, two of the best builds have been outlined below.
Freeze-Brawl Mei Build
Freeze-Brawl Mei Build — Powers
- Coulder — Cryo-Freeze now encases you in a rolling iceball that can knock back enemies and deal 20 damage.
- Cryclone — Cryo-Freeze spawns a mini Blizzard that slows enemies.
- Snowball Flight — Jumping while midair creates a large Ice Wall pillar under you (12s Cooldown).
- Iceberg — Ice Wall spawns a mini Blizzard that slows enemies.
Freeze-Brawl Mei Build — Early Game Items (Rounds 1-2)
- (WPN) Weapon Grease — +5% attack speed.
- (WPN) Compensator — +5% weapon power.
- (SURV) Armored Vest — +25 armor.
- (ABL) Meicicle — +25 HP, Cryo-Freeze duration is increased by 25%.

- Frost Armor — Gain Armor equal to 5% of the primary fire damage you deal, up to 100, until the end of the round.
- Slowball — Endothermic Blaster’s secondary fire now shoots a snowball that applies 30% slow for 1s on critical hit.
- Extendothermics — Endothermic Blaster’s primary fire range is increased by 6m.
- Coulder — Cryo-Freeze now encases you in a rolling iceball that can knock back enemies and deal 20 damage.
