The Spirit Walker is one of two new Ascendancy classes in Path of Exile 2, and we can use it to modify your Huntress builds to enjoy the expanded endgame. We can already have a fair idea about the Ascendancy class based on how its active and passive skills will work.

Path of Exile 2 Spirit Walker skills explained

The core strength of the Spirit Walker lies with the three Wisps: the Bear, the Owl, and the Stag. Each Wisp provides you with unique benefits and bonuses.

Skill Bonus How it works
Primal Bounty The Mhacha’s Gift Your empowered Projectile Skills will shoot more projectiles at greater speed.
Having the Mhacha’s Gift strengthens all the bonuses you get from the Owl Wisp.
Wild Stampede The Morrigan’s Guidance You can launch Stag Spirits at enemies that damage them in shockwaves upon impact. You can use the bonus effect to increase the damage of the stags while also improving their effective radius.
Wild Protector The Catha’s Balance You can summon a Bear companion to attack your enemies. The attacks can also disable them and inflict Fear. Your companions will raise their damage with the bonus effect, which scales with your main hand weapon.
Sacred Unity N/A Empower the Spirit Walker’s primal spirits to raise damage and defense for your class.
The Natural Order N/A Use the Tame Beast ability to capture and control unique beasts.
Idolatry N/A Enhance the benefits of all Idols socketed in your equipment.

I am pretty excited to try out this Ascendancy and find out how it works. The Huntress has been one of my favorite classes so far. The new Ascendancy certainly changes the gameplay, as you can rely on your summoning powers. There are plenty of exciting builds you can also try out, depending on what type of experience you want.

It will also be essential to figure out how these builds work relative to the new endgame components.
